Based in Farrington Street, Clerkenwell, in the heart of London’s design quarter, the Willmott Dixon building has seen a complete refurbishment with the aim of improving general building performance, agility and efficiency. The project has included Mackwell’s low voltage emergency lighting, a new CAT6 UTP cabling infrastructure, site-wide IP security that includes CCTV, Access Control and Audio & Video Intercom system, in addition to the installation of LED luminaires for general lighting throughout the facility.
As part of the general lighting project, LMG specified Mackwell’s emergency lighting system for installation on all seven floors of the building. The company selected a combination of Mackwell’s XYLUX® LR4 emergency luminaires and XY-VEX LED exit signs.
